Ingredients
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped green onion
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 flank steak approx. 1 1/2 lb. (not scored)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine oil, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, onions, garlic, & ginger. Pour over flank steak and marinate 4 hours or more; turn occasionally. Barbecue the steak over hot coals, turning once, until done to your preference, 5 minutes each side for medium rare. Baste occasionally with marinade. Carve in thin slices, cutting on the diagonal from top to bottom of steak as for London broil.
