Salmon

Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 1.5 lb salmon filet cut into 4 pieces
  • 1/2 c mayo
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange in covered baker. Microwave at 50% power for 5 minutes (no lid).
Brush the sauce on with silicone brush.
Microwave at 50% for another 5 minutes.
