Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ripe Tomatoes
- 1/4 c. Water (if necessary)
- 2-3 Jalapenos
- 1/3 c. Cilantro
- 1/2 small White Onion (1/4” thick)
- salt to taste
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1 1/2 tsp. Cider Vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Lay whole tomatoes and Jalapenos on baking sheet. Set pan 4” below broiler and roast until dark on both sides. Reduce oven to 425º.
Separate onions and roast with garlic about 15 minutes. Cool.
In processor pulse individual ingredients. Mix to taste.
