Ingredients
- 9 cups water
- 3 black tea bags
- 2 c sugar
- 12 oz frozen lemonade concentrate
- 6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 c amber rum
- ginger beer
Preparation
Step 1
1. in small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. add tea bags and allow to steep for 10 minutes. discard tea bags. stir in sugar until it dissolves.
2. in gallon container combine brewed tea, lemonade, orange juice, remaining water and rum.
3. place container in freezer overnight until slush is firm all the way through.
4. scoop rum slush into tumbler glass and top with ginger beer.
