Ingredients
- 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tbsp. rice vinegar or cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
with the motor running, drop the ginger and garlic into a blender or food processor and run until chopped. add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. add 1 to 2 tbsp. of hot water to thin if necessary.
