Ingredients

  • Dry ingredients:
  • 5 cups oats
  • 3 cups almonds - sliced
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 cup un-toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • Wet ingredients in a pan:
  • 3/4 cup applesauce
  • 3/4 cup honey

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Place wet ingredients in a pan and bring to a gentle boil.

Pour into the dry ingredients and mix well.

Pour onto a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees until toasty!
