Ingredients
- Dry ingredients:
- 5 cups oats
- 3 cups almonds - sliced
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup un-toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Wet ingredients in a pan:
- 3/4 cup applesauce
- 3/4 cup honey
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Place wet ingredients in a pan and bring to a gentle boil.
Pour into the dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour onto a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees until toasty!
