Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 heads of cauliflower steamed
- OR
- 3-4 large roasted sweet potatoes
- 1 package of ground turkey
- 1 large parsnip
- 2-3 carrots
- 1 large onion
- 1 stalk of celery
- Frozen peas
- 1 cup broth
- 1 Tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Braggs
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Sage
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
For Meat:
Chop and saute vegetables with spices until soft
Brown meat
Add veggies, broth, vinegar, braggs, and coconut flour
Cook down until about 60% broth left
Topping:
Steam cauliflower
Place in food processor with small amount of coconut oil
Spice and place on top of meat mixture
Peel sweet potatoes and mash with fork
Spice and place on top of meat mixture
