Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 1 tsp curry
• Milk-enough to moisten the meat
• Sauce ingredients
• 1 c tomato sauce
• 1/4 c worchestershire sauce
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 1 Tbsp vinegar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3 drops lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl
Mix together using your hands
Add milk to moisten quite wel
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and
place in a large casserole dish big enough for the loaf to fit with additional room
Place in a preheated oven at 400 for 30 m
Then pour sauce over ensuring the entire surface gets a coating and replace in the oven for another 30 min

Sauce directions

Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat
Pour over meatloaf
