Ingredients
- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 4-6 Tbsp. Creme de Menthe
- 16 oz. can Hershey's chocolate syrup
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare cake mix according to box directions, but substitute 2-4 Tbsp. Creme de Menthe for 2-4 Tbsp. water called for in recipe on box.
Pour batter into 9x13 greased and floured pan and bake according to cake mix directions.
When cake is done, remove form oven and place on rack.
With a fork, slowly poke holes in hot cake.
Pour 1 can of Hershey's syrup over entire cake.
Refrigerate until cool.
Mix 2 Tbsp. Creme de Menthe into Cool Whip.
Spread on cooled cake.
Refrigerate.
