Classic Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 6 to 7 cups shredded cabbage mix, I use a 14 oz. bag
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 Tablespoons white distilled vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt

Preparation

Step 1


Place cabbage mix in a large bowl.
In a smaller bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, white pepper, dry mustard and celery salt. Mix well. Pour over cabbage and toss until completely coated.
Serve.
