  • 2 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 bottle of beer

Step 1

Stir first three ingredients, add beer, mix. Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 50 minutes. Freezes well.
Delicious with jam.
