Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 1 bunch green onions
- 4-5 strips of bacon
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 stick of butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and slice potatoes and place them in baker. Chop green onions (tops only) and place in a medium bowl. Fry bacon and chop into fine bits, add to green onions. Press garlic cloves into bowl and mix with shredded cheese, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix together and pour over potatoes. Cover with lid and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
