Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 8 chocolate candy bars
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease 9x13 inch baking dish.
Cream together butter and sugar.
Add egg and vanilla, then flour. Mix through.
Spread into prepared baking dish.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and place chocolate bars atop hot cookies.
Allow to melt for 3-5 minutes.
Spread evenly with spatula.
Sprinkle with holiday candies or ground nuts.
Cool before cutting and serving.
