Ingredients
- 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 tbsp evoo
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 C Sauvignon Blanc
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp fresh cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat for one minute.
2. In the meantime, season the the shrimp to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Add the oil to the skillet and swirl to coat.
4. Add the shrimp and saute for 2 minutes.
5. Add the butter, wine, lemon juice and zest and saute for one minute.
6. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
