Kidney Bean Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey or chicken
  • 2 cans kidney beans with sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
  • optional
  • chili powder
  • garlic powder
  • chopped onion
  • shredded carrot

Preparation

Step 1

Combine and bake covered at 300F for 2-3 hours.

*double for leftovers :)
*Can be made vegetarian by omitting the meat doubling the beans, and using vegetarian worchestershire.
