Ingredients
- olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 lb ground turkey
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1-2 Tbsp seasoning blend
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1-2 Tbsp worchestershire
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar-optional
- squirt of yellow mustard-optional
- 1 cup tomato sauce

Preparation
Step 1
In pan cook diced onion in olive oil for 2-3 minutes, add ground turkey and bell pepper till cooked through.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes.
Serve on toasted whole wheat buns and top with shredded cheese if desired.
