Ingredients
- 6 cups Unbleached Flour
- 1-1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Baking Powder (heaping Tablespoons)
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- Heavy Whipping Cream

Preparation
Step 1
Double sift the flour into a bowl. Mix in the rest of the dry ingredients. Pour in heavy whipping cream adding it just a little at a time until it makes a stiff dough.
Roll out the dough about 2 inches thick. Cut the dough into triangles (scone shape), and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
