- Coffee Cake*
- 2 cups original Bisquick mix
- 2/3 cup milk or water
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- Streusel Topping*
- 1/3 cup original Bisquick mix
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. firm butter or margarine

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375deg. Stir coffee cake ingredients until blended. Spread dough for recipe in a greased 9” round baking pan.
Stir together Streusel Topping ingredients; sprinkle over batter.
Preheat oven to 425deg
Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
