Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 C fresh cilantro
  • 3 Tbl fresh lime juice
  • 3 Tbl minced seeded jalapeno chiles (about 2 medium size)
  • 1/2 head cabbage, diced
  • 1 garlic close, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Make one day prior to use.

Mix all in medium bowl, season with salt and pepper, cover and chill.
