Cannellini Pesto
Serve with platter of crisp, fresh green beans and celery sticks for dipping

Ingredients
- 2 (16oz) cans of cannellini beans or other white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 2 tbsp. grated fresh parm cheese
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tbsp. pine nuts, toasted
- basil sprigs
Preparation
Step 1
place first 7 ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. add nuts; pulse 5 times or until nuts are chopped. place mixture in a bowl. garnish with basil sprig, if desired.
