Ingredients
- Pear:
- 32 oz canned pear halves in heavy syrup
- 1 T pear brandy
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
- Honeydew-Lime:
- 4 cups cubed honeydew
- 3 T sugar
- 3 T lime juice
- 1 egg white
- Apricot/Orange:
- 34 oz apricot halves in heavy syrup, drained (reserve)
- 2/3 cup reserved syrup
- 11 oz can mandarin oranges
- 1 egg white
- 1 T lemon juice
- Banana/Pineapple:
- 17 oz pineapple chunck in heavy syrup
- 1 medium banana
- 1/4 cup amber rum
- 1 egg white
- 1 t lemon juice
- Strawberry:
- 20 oz frozen strawberries in syrup, partially thawed
- 1/4 cup grenadine
- 1 egg white
