  • 3 T lime juice

  • Apricot/Orange:
  • 34 oz apricot halves in heavy syrup, drained (reserve)
  • 2/3 cup reserved syrup
  • 11 oz can mandarin oranges
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • Banana/Pineapple:
  • 17 oz pineapple chunck in heavy syrup
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/4 cup amber rum
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 t lemon juice
  • Strawberry:
  • 20 oz frozen strawberries in syrup, partially thawed
  • 1/4 cup grenadine
  • 1 egg white
