Peanut Butter Cup and Pretzel Terrine

Ingredients

  • 3 pints sftened vanilla ice cream
  • 20 mini peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1/4 cup broken pretzels

Preparation

Step 1

Line a loaf pan with parchment, leaving an overhang. Press 1 1/2 pints ice cream into the pan, top with peanut butter cups, remaining ice cream, and pretzels. Freeze until firm, at least 1 hour and up to 2 days. To serve, remove from pan and slice.
