Ingredients
- 4 hotdogs
- 1 avocado, not over-ripe, cut in 8 slices
- 1 small sweet onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack
- 4 hotdog buns
- Condiments, such as ranch dressing, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the grill. Add hotdogs, avocado slices and onion slices. Grill vegetables until lines appear and softened. Continue to grill hotdogs until hot inside.
