Ingredients

  • 2 cups beets
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 7 cups sugar
  • 1 bottle certo
  • Put cooked beets through food chopper. Pack in measuring cup. Mix beets, sugar and vinegar well. Bring to full rolling boil over high heat.

Preparation

Step 1

Stir constantly, boil hard for 2 minutes. Remove from stove and stir in certo. Stir and skim. Leave 5 minutes to cool. Bottle and seal.
