Ingredients
- 4-6 chicken breasts
- 1 cube butter
- 2 pkjs Italian Good Seasonings Dry Mix
- 1 , 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cans Cream of chicken soup
- Rice (cooked as directed)
Preparation
Step 1
Put butter in crockpot, add chicken breasts on top. Sprinkle dry mix over chicken. Cook for 3 hours, turning chicken once.
Take chicken out, cool a bit and dice up. In cooker add cream cheese and cans of soup. Stir and watch for burning (will do this easily). Put chicken back in and cook for another 45 min on low. Serve over prepared rice.
