Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 Tbsp water
- 4 cups chocolate chips (divided)
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In pan combine butter, sugar, and water. Bring just to a boil. Remove from heat and add 2 cups chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Put in a large bowl and add eggs one at a time, beating well. Gradually add flour mixture, and 2 cups remaining chocolate chips. Spread in greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 325* for 30-40 minutes.
