Ingredients
- Layer of fresh chopped spinach
- Sprinkle salt, pepper and sugar
- Layer of crumbled cooked bacon
- Layer of sliced hard-cooked eggs
- Layer of shredded lettuce
- Sprinkle salt, pepper and sugar
- Layer of frozen uncooked peas
- Layer sliced bermuda onion
Preparation
Step 1
After the ingredients are in a serving bowl in the above order, tip with about 1/2 cup of mayonnaise and 1/2 cup of whipped salad dressing. Top with grated swiss cheese. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
