DEVILLED EGGS

Ingredients

  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp salad dressing (or mayonnaise)
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • paprika, sprinkle

Preparation

Step 1

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks to small bowl. Place egg white halves on large plate.

Add salad dressing, relish and onion powder to egg yolks. Mash well with fork. Spoon or pipe into egg white halves.

Sprinkle with paprika.
