Cashew Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 small bunch fresh basil (about 2 cups packed)
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup grated Asiago
  • Fresh lemon juice, to taste
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until mixture turns into a smooth paste.
