Ingredients

  • 3 lbs bone-in chicken parts
  • 1/2 cup ketchup 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp liquid honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp water

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange chicken, skin-side down, in single layer in ungreased small roaster or 9 x 13" pan.

Combine remaining 5 ingredients in small bowl. Spoon over chicken. Cove. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, turning once. Bake, covered, in 375 oven for 30 minutes. Baste chicken. Turn over. Bake, uncovered, for about 30 minutes until tender.
