You can spice it up with red pepper, cayenne etc. or add additional flavor with some lemon, orange or just about any flavor you would like to come through!

Ingredients
- 1 c soy sauce
- 1 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 c white sugar
- 2 c water
- 1/4 c non-iodized salt (iodized salt can add an odd flavor, use kosher or pickling salt)
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 t ground black pepper

Step 1
For 4 Pounds of Salmon
Mix everything together on the stove top and still until the solids are disolved, cool then marinate.
