TUNA SALAD SANDWICHES

Ingredients

  • 6 1/2 oz. canned tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • DRESSING
  • 6 tbsp salad dressing
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • bread slices, buttered 8-10

Preparation

Step 1

Mix tuna, egg and celery in bowl.

DRESSING: Stir first 4 ingredients together well in small bowl. Add to tuna mixture. Stir

Lay bread slices on working surface. Divide tuna mixture among 4 slices. Cover with remaining 4 to 5 slices. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
