Ingredients
- 2 lbs stewing beef
- 1 lbs stewing pork
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
- 6 eggs
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- fresh chopped parsley
- fresh basil
- 1/4 cup milk
- olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, fresh chopped parsley, and fresh basil.
Mix milk with bread and meat mixture and add about 1/2 cup water, soft but still holds. Fry them in olive oil - med, high - lightly golden - not brown for sauce - for eating cook longer.
