Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbs
- 2 flour tortillas
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut a tortilla or use cookie cutter
2. Preheat oven to 350 line baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Melt butter in a bowl that you can dip tortilla pieces in
3. Dip cut pieces of Tortilla in butter. Gently shake off excess butter and coat 1 side only with cinnamon then place it on baking sheet
4. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 or until the tortilla crisps are "crisp". Remove from oven and cool
