Green Goddess Dip

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mixed chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley, chives,and dill.
- 1/3 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tbsl. rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 12 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature.
- Assorted vegetables, crackers or chips.

Step 1
IN blender, process sour cream, herbs, mayonnaise, 2 tbsp water, vinegar, salt and cayenne until smooth and pale green. Cut cream cheese into chunks; add to blender, one at a time, processing until smooth.
Transfer mixture to serving bowl. Cover;refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with vegetables, crackers or chips.
