Ingredients
- 5-6 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
- 1 medium onion, thickly sliced
- 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2-3 tsp Worchestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Brown chops on both sides, season with salt and pepper.
Top with onion slices
Combine remaining ingredients, pour over shops.
Cover and simmer for 45-60 minutes.
