Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 T sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 T salad oil
- Oil for frying
- Confectioner's sugar

Step 1
In a small bowl stir dry ingredients. Mix milk, egg and oil in glass measuring cup. Pour liquid ingredients into dry. Stir with a whisk until smooth. Dip rosette iron and cook in 3 inches hot oil. When cool, sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
