Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen fiddleheads
  • salted water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt, sprinkle
  • pepper, sprinkle
  • 1 tbsp butter/margarine softened

Preparation

Step 1

Cook fiddleheads in salted water until tender, about 5 to 8 minutes. Drain.

Add remaining ingredients, Toss lightly.
