Ingredients
- 10 oz frozen fiddleheads
- salted water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt, sprinkle
- pepper, sprinkle
- 1 tbsp butter/margarine softened
Preparation
Step 1
Cook fiddleheads in salted water until tender, about 5 to 8 minutes. Drain.
Add remaining ingredients, Toss lightly.
