Impossible Ham and Swiss Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded swiss (4 oz)
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup bisquick

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400. Grease a pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onion in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth or 15 seconds in blender. Pour into plate and bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 35 to 40 minutes). Cook 5 minutes before serving.
