Crunchy Barbecued Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teapsoon ground red pepper
  • 1 10-oz package barbecue potato chips
  • 2 boneless skinless chichen breasts cut in half

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a shallow bowl, combine dressing, garlic powder and red pepper. Mix well. In another shallow bowl, add crushed potato chips.

Dip chicken breast halves into dressing mixture and then into potato chips, coating well.

Place on a rimmed baking sheet that's been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
