Ingredients

  • 12 slices white bread (crust removed)
  • 2 cans (6 oz each) crab meat
  • 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • dash salt

Preparation

Step 1

Butter a casserole dish. Place 6 slices of bread on bottom. Shred 2 cans crab meat over bread and add cheese. Place 6 slices over top.

Combine eggs, milk and salt and pour over casserole. Let stand overnight in refrigerator.

Bake one hour at 350.
