Ingredients
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. mayo
- 1 tbsp. parm, grated
- 1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 6 cups torn romaine lettuce

Step 1
whisk together all ingredients except lettuce. toss romaine with about 1/4 cup dressing. cover and refrigerate remaining dressing for up to a week.
