Ingredients
- 1 can sauerkraut (27 oz) well drained
- 1 large tomato chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1/2 t caraway seeds
- 1 can corned beef (12 oz)
- 1/2 lb shredded Swiss
- 4 - 6 slices dark rye

Step 1
Combine first 7 ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into a 9 inch square baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Serve over rye toast.
