Hot Cheesy Artichoke Dip - Rita's

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • small jar pimentos (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Blend together cream cheese and mayo. Fold in remaining ingredients. Spread in ungreased 9x13 pan; top with pimentos if you wish; Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Serve with Club crackers.
