Ingredients
- 3 well beaten eggs
- 1 lb cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 t salt
- 2 t vanilla
- 3 cups (1 1/2 pint) sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Combine eggs, cream cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla. Blend in sour cream. Pour into springform pan the bottom of which is coated with a graham cracker crust. Bake at 375 for 60 minutes. Cool. Chill well about 4 or 5 hours. May be frozen.
DO NOT OVERBAKE.
