Ingredients

  • Frosting:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 16 oz can solid pumpkin
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 2 t cinnamon
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 3 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2 cups sifted powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin. Mix until fluffy.

Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Add to wet ingredients.

Pour into ungreased jelly roll pan
(15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1). Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Cool

Combine all frosting ingredients and frost bars when cool.
