Organic Green Cheesy Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed fresh organic spinach
  • 1 (15 ounce) can organic garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons tahini paste
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1 ⁄4 cup olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. You can adjust all ingredients to your taste.
