Ingredients
- 1 large chinese cabbage, thinly sliced (Napa cabbage)
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 package ramen noodle soup, any flavor
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar or less
- 1/2 cup oil
Preparation
Step 1
Chill the cabbage, onions, and radishes well.
Crunch the noodles and dispose of the seasoning packets.
Combine the noodles, butter, almonds, and sunflower seeds on a baking sheet and toast until brown.
Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
Dressing:
Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and oil and shake well.
Refrigerate
When ready to serve, combine all ingredients and toss well.
