Sand Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter & sugar. Add egg and mix well. Add dry ingredients, mix. Chill dough over night. Roll out very thin and cut. Brush with slightly beaten egg and decorate with cinnamon sugar and/or colored sugars. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
